As sub-contractors, TTP Pools have seamlessly assisted some of Sydney’s industry leading builders for over 20 years and are proud to now offer end-to-end Pool and Spa construction.
While many pool builders primarily manage projects, our unique background spans essential construction roles such as Formwork, Steel Fixing, Shotcrete, Pool Plumbing, and Excavation.
This hands-on approach allows us to offer a distinct advantage to customers: significant cost savings that can be redirected towards the finishing of their pool, such as tiling and landscaping.

- DA (Development Application) is a more detailed approval process, submitted to the local council, required for complex projects or those not meeting CDC criteria.
Yes, we can engage on your behalf or recommend a draftsperson & engineer to deal with directly.
A draftsperson will design your pool or spa to meet local regulations and prepare the necessary plans for Council Approval & a Construction Certificate.
The timeframe for council approval typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks. This can vary based on the project's complexity, the council's current capacity, and whether additional information is required.
Engaging with a draftsperson will likely minimise the latter.
A Concrete Shell offers limitless design, completely customisable in size, shape & depth. Although slightly more expensive, a Concrete Shell is more durable and boasts a wide range of finishes:

- Plaster
- Beadcrete
